Terms & Conditions

  1. Spaces on each tour are limited therefore bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted for any reason.
  3. All tour fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
  4. Cancellation by Elite Football: Elite Football reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour for any reason. In the event of which an alternative tour will be offered in lieu or a credit note will be issued.
    Cancellation by Customer: Should a player no longer be able to participate in an Elite Football tour due to illness or injury a credit note will be issued upon receipt of GP/hospital letter confirming injury. Please Note: a £10 administration fee will apply. Credit notes will not be issued for any of the stated reasons below (a & b); unless Elite Football re-sells the child’s place upon which we shall issue the customer with a credit note. Please Note: a £10 administration fee will apply:
    a) A change in the parents or child’s decision to take part in the tour.
    b) A change in the family’s holiday schedule.
  5. All Elite Football coaches are approved and police checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly the Criminal Records Bureau).
  6. In respect of any reduced costs of tour fees due to a sale or special offer, the price will expire on the given deadline and revert to our standard tour fees; it is with regret we cannot offer the reduced prices after this date.
  7. Elite Football does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects.
  8. Elite Football will take responsibility of your player ten minutes prior to the commencement of the tour. Please ensure that each participant is personally checked in and out with an Elite Football member of staff unless prior written permission has been received by Elite Football from the parent/guardian.
  9. Elite Football reserves the right to exclude any player whose behaviour we deem inappropriate.
  10. On occasions, Elite Football or their representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only.
  11. The details provided on this booking form will be held on file for Elite Football administration purposes only.
